I come before this board to put forth a request to have the above property rezoned to "Heavy Commercial"
for the purpose of Pet Grooming.
Please note: No pet(s) would remain on the premises after normal business hours.
I have looked extensively at the slim availability of commercial properties and none meet the needs
required for pet grooming. Further, those properties that are available are beyond my financial means to
obtain.
A major factor is location due to my type of client base of elderly people. This property and its location
allows a variety of accessibility without the high volume oftraffic associated with Highways 441, 70 and
Parrot Avenue.
In closing I would like to state within view and walking distance ofthe subject property the following
