Frank Willia~on appeared before t~e Co~cil in reg~ds to leasim~ land to the
City for garbage dispoa~ ~o~ds. ~. Willi~son agreed to lease
10 acres East of hi~w~ 441,. adjoining p~ope~ty of Dave 'Coker at $1.0~ per year for 5
years subject to ~eleaae. Co~cilm~ Roe moved to accept ~he offer ~d Atto~ey ~vvanoe
instructed to p~epare lease, seconded by Co~cilman ~omas ~d ca~ried.
~ A Wire ~om ~oha ~. Pickett, Engineer, was read by Mayor Rau~r~on, stating that
the Swiping Pool plans had been approved locally ~d had been forwarded to the Sta2e
for approval.
The bill from/Dr. Dudley on services rendered to M. F. Kt~saut was again dis-
cussed and Attoeny Durrance and Councilman Roe agreed to meet with Mr. R. B. Meserve
and investigate matter.
Complaints as to the ferris wheel in the park were heard. Due to the agreement
of the Council in the past, to let nothing locate in any of the city parks, Mayor Raulere(
was requested to have the manager moved said ferris wheel.
The follewing Election Officals were appointed:

The above named persons ~o reeeive $1.00 per hour or minimun of
Lorema Spivey, City Tax Assessor, presented the City Tax Assessment Roll for
the year 1952 as completed by her to the City Council for examination by the Council.
Upon motion by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Roe abd carried, the Council
accepted the City Tax Assessment Roll for th~ year 19§2,~ as prepared by the City Tax
Assessors
