sec. 502.~.1 are complied with; provided further that when any milk distributor failes to
qualify for the above grade the health officer is authorized to revoke his permit, or in
lieu thereof to degrade his product and permit its sale during a temporary period not
exceeding 30 days or in emergencies such longer period as he may deem necessary.
SECTION 7. EEFINITION OF HEALTH OFFICER. The term Health Officer as used in this
Ordinance shall' be al®fined as the duly appointed Director of the 0keechobee County
Health Department.
SECTION 8. PUNISHMENT. The violation of any provision of this Ordinance or the evasion
or interference with enforecement of any provision of this Ordinance shall be sufficient
cause for revoking the oe~mit of the person, firm or corporation so violating, e~ading
or interfering with such enforcement either personally or through any agent or employee.
Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance or preventing or interfering with
the enforcement by the Health Officer or his representative or any police officer, shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor whether ~the permit of such a person has been revoked or not, ~nd
upon convition, shall be fined not more than two hundred($200.O0) or imprisonment at
hard labor for not more than thirty (30~ays, or both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTZON 9. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repeal.d and this Ordinance shall take effect if adopted and published.

The Council of the City of 0keechobee, Florida, met in special session at
5:15 P. M. at the City Hall~ on the above date with the following present: ~ayor H. H.
Raulerson, President Chandler, Councilmen Roe, Thomas and Watford with Durrance City
Attorney and 5pivey, City Clerk.
Mayor Raulerson stated that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the
contract presented by Gilbert W. Clifford, Engineer on the sewer project and any other
business that might. Come before the Council.
The contract was read and discussed and Councilman Watford moved to reject
contract in present form, due to the fact, that the rider was not placed on the contract
as agreed in the minutes of November 5, 1951.
T. W. Conely, Jr. appeared in behalf of Thad Carlton in regarde to the closing
of North and South Curve Streets and R. E. Hamrick not carrying out his agreement with
the Council and property owners as agreed in the minutes of the City Council March 8,
