It was re- [ported that the State Beard of Health could contact a company in Fort Pierce and would ~ spray for an estimated amount of $50.00 It was agreed that the Mayor contact State Board of Health worker and have the city dump sprayed. Discussion as to the 1948 City Tax Roll was heard. It was agreed that the Council would meet and work on tax roll. The clerk was requested to notify all Council- men of the meeting. After ~iscussion the Council requested the City Attorney to draw ordinances for same and present at next regular meeting of the Council. Fire truck re~resentives appeared before the Council and discussed the possib- ility of the City purchasing a new fire truck. After consideration President W~llia~s requested the Fire Conm~ttee and the Mayor to meet with the County Commissioners and discuss the possibilitY~ of purchasing the new truck and the County help finance it and the truck be City-Coun~ owned. C. H. Parker~n reported that s c~e of the childre~ had been shooting the white way ~lobes with air ri~es and requested that something be done about the matter. i
