Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, and extended by
Executive Order No. 20-150, effective June 23, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without
having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology
(CMT) such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.

IV. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of Minutes – July 21, 2020 Regular Meeting
B. Approve Temporary Street Closing for Annual Labor Day Festivities, September 4 -7, 2020 (Exhibit 1).
C. Award Bid PW 02-11-07-20, Okeechobee Landscape Maintenance and Installation, to JMC Landscaping
Services, Inc. in the amount of $46,195.00 (Exhibit 2).
V. NEW BUSINESS
A. Presentation of Flagler Park Master Plan by the Economic Council.
B. Approve the first reading of proposed Ordinance No. 1215 and set September 3, 2020 as a final public
hearing date, Abandonment of Right-of-Way Petition No. 20-001-AC-SC (Exhibit 3).
C. Consider rescheduling the November 3, 2020 Regular City Council meeting due to the General Election.
