Approval of Minutes – June 16, 2020 B. Approve disposal of obsolete and surplus equipment that is no longer needed by the City (Exhibit 1). C. Approve purchase of Opticom Preemption Kits for the Fire Department in the amount of $21,280.00 (Exhibit 2). VI. PUBLIC HEARING A. Adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1211, allowing package sales of alcoholic beverages on Sunday (Exhibit 3). B. Adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1213 regarding Rezoning Petition No. 20-001-R for 2.87+/- acres located along SW 7th Avenue from Residential Multiple Family to Industrial submitted by Loumax Development, Inc. (Exhibit 4). C. Adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1214 regarding Rezoning Petition No. 20-002-R for 0.50+/- acres located at 204 East South Park Street from Residential Multiple Family to Central Business District submitted by Best Value Real Estate, LLC (Exhibit 5). VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Update from Florida Department of Health Okeechobee County regarding COVID-19 – Tiffany Collins B. Request by Okeechobee Main Street to install two 4’ x 8’ signs in Park #5 for the Cattle Drive Sculpture Project for approximately one year and waive any applicable sign permit fees – Lynda Powers, Main Street (Exhibit 6). 2 | P a g e VII. Motion to rescind the designation of Fire Engine 5 as surplus and its donation to St. James-Lanark Volunteer Fire Department and to transfer Engine 5 to the Public Works Department to replace the T -2 Water Truck (Exhibit 7). D. Renewal of Public Risk Management Group Health Insurance (Exhibit 8). E. Motion to approve Addendum No. 3 to the contract for medical services with Treasure Coast Medical Association, Inc.
