SURFACES SHALL BE CLEANED REGULARLY. SEDIMENT SHALL BE
REMOVED FROM THE ROADS BY SHOVELING OR SIJEEPING IJITH
TRANSPORT TO A SEDIME"<T CONTROL DISPOSAL AREA, STREET
'w'ASHING SHALL BE ALLo'WED ONLY AFTER SEDIMENT IS REMOVED IN
THIS MANNER. THIS PROVISION SHALL APPLY TO INDIVIDUAL
SUBDIVISION LOTS. AS IJELL AS, TO LARGER AREAS UNDER
CONSTRUCTION,
15 ALL TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES
SHALL BE REMOVED IJITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER FINAL SITE
STABILIZATION OR AFTER THE TEMPORARY MEASURES ARE NO
LONGER NEEDED, IN THE OPINION OF THE REVIE'WER, DISTURBED
SOIL AREAS, RESULTING FROM THE DISPoSITl:JN OF TEMPORARY
MEASURES, SHALL BE PERMANENTLY ST ABILIZEIi TO PREVENT
FURTHER EROSION AND/OR SEDIMENTATION,
16, PROPERTIES AND IJATERIJAYS DoIJNSTREAM FROM THE
CONSTRUCTION SITE SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM SEDIMEN'
DEPOSITION AND EROSION.
17, EROSION CONTROL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL FoLLo....
THE REQUIREMENTS IN INDEX NO, lOt, 102 AND 103 OF FDoT
RoAD'w'AY AND TRAFFIC DESIGN STANDARDS.
