Adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1212 regarding Comprehensive Plan Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment Application No. 20-002-SSA to reclassify 2.87+/- acres located along SW 7th Avenue from Single and Multi-Family Residential to Industrial submitted by Loumax Development, Inc. Planning Board is recommending denial (Exhibit 2). VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Update from Florida Department of Health Okeechobee County regarding COVID-19 – Tiffany Collins B. Overview and discussion of Draft Economic Development Strategy and Disaster Resiliency Plan – Jennifer Codo-Salisbury, Deputy Director of Central Florida Regional Planning Council (Exhibit 3). C. Motion to read by title only, approve first reading, and set final public hearing date to July 7, 2020 for proposed Ordinance No. 1213 regarding Rezoning Petition No. 20-001-R for 2.87+/- acres located along SW 7th Avenue from Residential Multiple Family to Industrial submitted by Loumax Development, Inc.
