Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, and
extended by Executive Order No. 20-112, effective May 4, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their
governing boards without having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing
communications media technology (CMT) such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section
120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.

Technical Assistance Grant – Jennifer Codo-Salisbury, Deputy Director (Exhibit 1).
C. Review and approve the 2019 Audited Financials - Debbie Goode, Carr, Riggs & Ingram
(Exhibit 2).
D. Motion to read by title only, approve first reading, and set final public hearing date to July 7,
2020 for proposed Ordinance No. 1211, allowing package sales of alcoholic beverages on
Sunday (Exhibit 3).
E. Consider a letter of support from the Cattlemen’s Association to increase negotiated cattle
purchases (Exhibit 4).

F. Review and approve the 2020-2021 School Resource Officer Agreement for Okeechobee
Christian Academy – City Administrator (Exhibit 5).
G. Motion to approve a purchase agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the
acquisition of 6,089 square feet, Parcel 125, from the City in the amount of $12,200.00 regarding
the State Road 710 Bypass Project – City Administrator (Exhibit 6).
H. Discuss Fire Services Interlocal Agreement (Exhibit 7).
