Staff is also concerned whether there is enough back-up space for the angled parking. The entrance to this office site requires modifying S.W. 18th Street for the ingress. This configuration of the street must receive approval from the City's Engineer. Landscaping resently does not meet the requirements of 90-535 but this could be determined to be wit in the parameter of 90-534 (Parking areas with a single access lane do not have to meet all fthe requirements). Recommendation: Staff recommends that this site plan must adhere to the tì Howing before approval can be granted: 1. An alternative landscape plan approved; 2.
