Proposed building must have all the Development Information Required - Calculations for required parking spaces must be clarified for present and future use of the Church Mission Building, if the building is to be the used for other purposes other than as an office building, the Fire Department has to determine maximum occupancy to calculate parking requirements, handicap parking spaces, car wheel stops/curbing, dumpster location, loading and unloading area, fire hydrant location. .
