I have finished the Site Plan review for the above project and have found that some requirements
and additional regulations to the City of Okeechobee Code (LDR) and the Engineering Office are
missing.
The following items must be added or clarified prior to final Site Plan Review and approval:
. Proposed building must have all the Development Information Required - Calculations
for required parking spaces must be clarified for present and future use of the Church
Mission Building, if the building is to be the used for other purposes other than as an
office building, the Fire Department has to determine maximum occupancy to calculate
parking requirements, handicap parking spaces, car wheel stops/curbing, dumpster
location, loading and unloading area, fire hydrant location.
. Pervious and impervious area ratios calculations appeared to be incorrect.
. Proposed Storm water Management Features and Calculations must be submitted to
SFWM District in Okeechobee Office for review and comments.
. Sidewalks will be required in the perimeter of the site.
. The proposed overhead door facing the City of Okeechobee Alley must be previously
approved by the City Council.
. Appears that the size and purposes ofthe building, calls for a shelter structure?7?
. Details showing entrances to new building and parking areas must be shown in detail.
. In addition, any others requirements by WM, OUA, DOT, DEP, SFWM and other State

I have finished the Site Plan review for the above project and have found that some requirements
and additional regulations to the City of Okeechobee Code (LDR) and the Engineering Office are
missing.
The following items must be added or clarified prior to final Site Plan Review and approval:
. Proposed building must have all the Development Information Required: car wheel
stops/curbing, dumpster location, loading and unloading area, fire hydrant location.
. Parking spaces required: 18, parking spaces provided 17, also for 5000 SF of office floor
area, 1 off-street loading space is require.
. Proposed Storm water Management Features and Calculations must be submitted to
SFWM District in Okeechobee Office for review and comments.
. DOT permit for positive rain of connection will be required. (the proposed 15' spreader is
not feasible).
. Sidewalk will be required along NW 2nd S1.
. Details showing entrance to new building and parking areas must be shown in detail.
. In addition, any others requirements by WM, OUA, DOT, DEP, SFWM and other State
agencies.

and additional regulations to the City of OkeeChobee Code (LDR) and the Engineering Office are
missing.
