Watford, Jr. Council Members Wes Abney Monica Clark Bob Jarriel Bobby Keefe Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology (CMT) such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes. Warrant Register – April 2020 VI. NEW BUSINESS A. Update from Tiffany Collins, Florida Department of Health Okeechobee County, regarding COVID-19. B. Appoint a new Planning Board/Board of Adjustment/Design Review Board Alternate Member (Exhibit 1). C. Discuss Public Works asphalt, sidewalk, and striping work plans (Exhibit 2). D. Amend 2019-2020 Fiscal Year Budget as presented (Exhibit 3). E. Consider a letter of support from the Cattlemen’s Association to increase negotiated cattle purchases (Exhibit 4). F. Discuss Fire Services Interlocal provided by Okeechobee County (Exhibit 5). G. Conduct the City Administrator Annual Evaluation. VII. COUNCIL COMMENTS VIII.
