Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1202, updating the Five-Year Schedule of Capital Improvements of the Comprehensive Plan. Planning Board recommends approval (Exhibit 1). B. Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1208, amending Firefighters’ Pension Fund to include language regarding Firefighter Cancer Presumption (Exhibit 2). VI. NEW BUSINESS A. Update from Tiffany Collins, Florida Department of Health Okeechobee County, regarding COVID-19. B. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2020-03, COVID-19 State of Emergency (Exhibit 3). C. Appointment of Mayor Pro-tempore (Exhibit 4). D. Award a contract to purchase five 2020 Dodge Durango SSV Models in the amount of $120,014.00 to Alan Jay Fleet Sales from Florida Sheriff’s Association Bid #FSA19-VEL27.0 (Exhibit 5). E. Discuss modification of Alcohol Ordinance to allow package sales on Sunday. VII. COUNCIL COMMENTS VIII.
