Present Willie Hall with a 5-year Longevity Service Award. V. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of Minutes – March 3, 2020 B. Approval of Warrant Register – February 2020 C. Approval of a Temporary Street Closing Application, submitted by First Baptist Church, closing SW 4 th Street between SW 5th Avenue and SW 6th Avenue for an Easter Egg Hunt on April 11, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon (Exhibit 1). VI. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE ADOPTION A. Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1207, Future Land Use Map Amendment Application No. 20-001-SSA, reclassifying 1.67+/- unplatted acres from Single Family Residential to Commercial located at 604 East North Park Street and along SE 6th Avenue. Planning Board recommends approval. (Exhibit 2). VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Read by title only, approve the first reading, and set April 7, 2020 as a final public hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1202, updating the Five-Year Schedule of Capital Improvements of the Comprehensive Plan. Planning Board recommends approval (Exhibit 3). B. Read by title only, approve the first reading, and set April 7, 2020 as a final public hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1208, amending Firefighters’ Pension Fund to include language regarding Firefighter Cancer Presumption (Exhibit 4). VII. NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED C. Overview of tobacco retail licensing regarding the new Federal Tobacco 21 Law – Courtney Moyett, Tobacco Free Partnership of Okeechobee (Exhibit 5). D. Approve and execute Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Grant Agreement No. PO368 in the amount of $7,450 (Exhibit 6). VIII. COUNCIL COMMENTS IX.
