FINAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE ADOPTION A. Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1206, amending Sunday alcohol sale times (Exhibit 2) VI. NEW BUSINESS A. Motion to approve a fine reduction recommended by the Special Magistrate, Case No. 15-058 (Exhibit 3) B. Motion to approve a fine reduction recommended by the Special Magistrate, Case No. 17-005 (Exhibit 4) C. Motion to approve a fine reduction recommended by the Special Magistrate, Case No. 17-028 (Exhibit 5) D.
