A statement of Violation and Notice of Hearing was sent to you certified return receipt mail and was retuned to us on November 21, 2019 signed by A. Jones. The lien order was also mailed certified return receipt on December 11, 2019. Noting was returned to us, so we posted the property with the lien order on December 27, 2019. The fine of $50.00 a day started January 10, 2020 and ran for 3 days. At which time the property came into compliance. The total amount that you owe to get the lien satisfied is $200.00. $150.00 for the fine and $50.00 for the administrative fees. A statement of Violation and Notice of Hearing was sent to you certified return receipt mail and was retuned to us on November 21, 2019 signed by A. Jones.
