" Pa Board Plannin November 26,2002 ACTION - DISCUSSION - VOTE Mr. Jock Robertson, representative of LaRue Planning and Management Services, gave a brief background ofthe subject property. Mr. Robertson explained that this petition is in connection with a future land use map amendment. He explained that a zoning change from Residential Multiple Family (RMF) to Commercial Professional Office (CPO) would be a good buffer between the commercial businesses and the nearby residential area. Mr. Robertson further explained that the Commercial Professional Office zoning district is the most restrictive and would best benefit the City. Planning staff recommends that the Planning Board recommend to the City Council to grant approval of Petition 02-005-R, to change the existing zoning classification of Residential Multiple Family to Commercial Professional Office located at 213 S.E. 2nd Street. There was some discussion about wether the subject property has sewer connections or is on a septic system. It was later the understanding that the subject property is on a septic system.
