I Pa Board Plannin 28,2002 ACTION - DISCUSSION - VOTE Ma I Jock Robertson explained that this petition is in connection with the Future Land Use Map Amendment Application No.02-003-SSA, requesting to change the land use designation from Single Family to Commercial. Mr. Robertson explained that the request for Commercial Professional Office (CPO) zoning designation at this location would not increase traffic demands beyond existing capacity. As well, formal concurrency will be performed at the time of site plan approval letters into record from Bobbie L. Wilson, Wilma LaMartin, indicating they were opposed to the petition. Secretary Arnold submitted two Vergil L. Hayes and Bernice B. Hayes I There was no discussion from the Board. Board Member Mueller moved to recommend to the City Council to grant approval for Petition 02-002-R, requesting to change the existing zoning classification of Residential Single Family 1 (RSF1) to Commercial Professional Office (CPO). Board Member Keller seconded the motion. VOTE HOOVER - YEA I JONES - YEA KELLER - YEA LEDFERD - YEA McCoy - YEA MUELLER- YEA WALKER - YEA MOTION CARRIED. AGENDA IV. NEW BUSINESS. Rezoning Petition No. 02-002-R. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to rezone 200 Southwest 9th Street from Residential Single Family 1 (RSF1) to Commercial Professional Office (CPO) (Legal: Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 3, South Okeechobee).
