Conely III, request to re zone Lot 8, Block 253 and a portion of unplated land adjacent to Lot 8; located at 112 Southeast 5th Avenue from Commercial © to Residential Single Family (RSF1) - Planning Consultant (Exhibit 1) A. IV. Several Members of the American Legion Post #64 were present and had some questions concerning the rezoning. The American Legion members were advised these questions needed to be addressed to the Board of Adjustments, when the Special Exception is discussed.
