request is to rezone Lots 1 thru 12, Block 71, City from Residential Multi-Family to Industrial.
The subject property is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan with the uses because of its
proximity to the railroad The Industrial zoning classification would not create an isolated
district and will not have an adverse impact on the nearby industrial and public uses. The
property is designated Industrial on the adopted Future Land Use Map and is consistent "

to Industrial based on the findings contained in the Planning Consultant's report, second by
Member Keller.
