Approval of a request from Public Works Director Allen for the asphalt paving projects in the amount of $85,000.00 to CW Roberts. (Exhibit 1). V. NEW BUSINESS A. Read by title only, approve the first reading, and set final public hearing date for March 3, 2020, regarding proposed Ordinance No. 1206, amending Sunday alcohol sale times (Exhibit 2). B. Motion to adopt proposed Resolution No. 2020-01, declaring the City of Okeechobee a Second Amendment Sanctuary City (Exhibit 3). C. EMS verification update – City Administrator (Exhibit 4). VI.
