BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The meeting was called to order with Chairman Cassels calling for a
motion to waive the reading of the minutes.
Member Wright so moved, seconded
by Member Joiner, vote unanimous.
Member Wright moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Joiner,
vote unanimous.
There being no other business of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals,
Member Joiner moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Wright, vote unanimous.
PLANNING BOARD
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The meeting of the Planning Board opened with a motion made by Member
Hooker to waive the reading of the minutes, seconded by Member Wright, vote
unanimous.
Member Hooker then moved to accept the minutes of the February 5, 1980,
meeting with no corrections, additions or deletions, seconded by Member Joiner,
vote unanimous.
AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE #402
Chairman Cassels presented a memorandum from the City Clerk regarding a
proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance #402.
Following brief discussion, Member Wright moved to instruct the secretary
to advertise for public hearing on the amendment to Zoning Ordinance #402,
seconded by Member Joiner, vote unanimous.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Member Wright moved to adjourn, seconded
by Member Hooker, vote unanimous.
