The Special Magistrate imposed a fine of a day. The fines of $25.00 a day started on November 20, 2019 and ran until November 30, 2019 at that time you came into compliance. The balance due on this property is $525.00 this includes a onetime fee of $25.00 for administrative fees. I would like to get this issue resolved and file a satisfaction of lien for this property. This has run well over 90 days and would like to give you a chance to make a payment before I start the foreclosure process.
