Code Officer Sterling requested the withdrawal of Case #06-005, #06-052 and #06-053 from agenda. Member
Irby moved to withdrawal Case #06-005, #06-052 and #06-053 from agenda; seconded by Member Gamiota.

Code Officer Sterling gave testimony stating he had made contact with Chris Kight and explained to him what
needed to be done but at this time property was not in compliance. Member Gamiotea moved to find Case #05-293
in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-40 and Sec 30-44 imposing a fine of $15.00 dollars per day beginning fifteen (15) days
from receipt of notification; seconded by Member Sweda.

Code Officer Sterling gave testimony all notices had been hand delivered to Geraldine Bertram but nothing had been
done to bring the property into compliance. Member Irby moved to find Case #06-040 in violation of Ch 30 Sec
30-41 and Sec 30-44 imposing a fine of $50.00 per day commencing fourteen (14) days from today; seconded by
Member Gamiotea.

Code Officer Sterling stated he had been in contact with Charles Paschal and he has notified all tenants in the
warehouses to clean up and remove disabled vehicles. Mr. Paschal told Mr. Sterling it should be cleaned up within
two weeks. Member Sweda moved to table Case #06-069 until the next meeting. There was no second made.
Motion failed. After some discussion among the board Member Montesi moved to find Case #06-069 in violation
and impose a fine of $25.00 per day beginning fifteen (15) days from today; seconded by Member Irby.

After further discussion among the board Member Gamiotea moved to find Case #06-069 in violation of Ch 30 Sec
30-40 and 30-43 imposing a fine of $35.00 per day commencing fifteen (15) days from receipt of notification;
seconded by Member Montesi.

Code Officer Sterling gave an update on cases which are currently under a fine.
Member Irby moved a recommendation be made to City Council for a full time Code Officer in next years budget;
