OF ITEMS ON TODAY'S AGENDA. 05-221 Selena Bohannon Ch 30 Sec 30-41 Disabled Code Officer Sterling gave testimony that Selena Bohannon had received notice of violation on September 24, 2006 1107 NW 51' Street Vehicles & Sec 30-44 General and he had made verbal contact with Ms. Bohannon's mother and explained that travel trailer needed to be tagged Cleaning and tied down and property cleaned. He stated at this time nothing has been done to come into compliance. Member Sweda moved to find Case# 05-221 in violation of Chp 30 Sec 30-41 and Sec 30-44 allowing ten (10) days after receipt of notification to either tag vehicles or remove them and clean up property after that time a fine of twenty-five dollars per day would commence; seconded by Member Nelson. Gamiotea - Yes Castorina - Yes Irby - Yes Montesi - Yes Nelson - Yes Sweda - Yes Revels - Yes Motion Carried. 05-312 Geraldine Kimbro Ch 30 Sec 30-40 Junk and Case# 05-312 was withdrawn from agenda by Code Officer Smith. 1004 NW 4:6 Street Sec 30-44 General Cleaning 06-008 Zollie Aldridge & Ch 30 Sec 30-35 Containers Code Officer Sterling gave testimony this was an apartment with more than four units which means it must have Geraldine Bertram required for garbage and trash a commercial garbage container. He was informed by Waste Management the dumpster was removed on January 1208 S. Parrott Avenue 13, 2006 and Ms. Bertram received notice of violation on January 18, 2006 by hand delivery. Member Revels moved to find Case# 06-008 in violation of Chp 30 Sec 30-35 and being found a repeat violator impose a fine of two -hundred and fifty dollars per day commencing the date notice of violation was received on January 18, 2006; no second was made. Motion failed. Brian Martin addressed the Board on behalf of Shannon Martin stating they were in the process of finding someone to mow the property but they needed more time. He asked the board what needed to be done to the house in order to comply with City ordinances. Vice -Chairperson Gamiotea stated he felt the two biggest concerns were the overgrown vegetation and the house must be completely boarded up to prevent access. Member Montesi moved to find Case# 06-025 in violation of Sec. 30-43 and Sec 30-44 and being found a repeat violator impose a one -hundred and fifty dollar per day fine commencing fifteen (15) days after receipt of this notification if property is not in compliance; seconded by Member Castorina.
