Election of Code Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for two year Chairperson Worley opened the floor for nominations of a Chairperson and Vice -Chairperson. Member Gamiotea
terms beginning May 12, 2004 and ending May 9, 2006. nominated Member Worley as Chairperson. Member Nelson nominated Member Gamiotea as Vice -Chairperson.
There were no other nominations made for Chairperson or Vice -Chairperson.

215 SW 6 h Avenue nuisances: unsafe buildings for training purposes probably the first of June 2004. Member Gamiotea moved to table Case #04-037 until the
Code Board meeting on July 13, 2004; seconded by Member Nelson.

consent of land owner seconded by Member Irby.

Attorney Cook advised the Board Case #02-0216 Evelyn Dasher Estate is considered homestead property and
Florida Statutes prohibits foreclosing on alien against homestead property. Member Irby moved to recommend
to City Council that a Civil Judgment be filed on Case #02-0216 for the amount of the accrued lien including court
costs; seconded by Member Montesi.
