have Attorney Cook send a certified letter of pending foreclosure to Case #01-0061, #01-0074, and

Motion carried.
Attorney Cook gave an update on Case #00-01-01 Marvin Brantley. He stated a Motion for Default had
been filed with the Clerk of the Court after the Code Boards last meeting and Mr. Brantley would have
twenty days from the filing date to respond. Attorney Cook also stated he had gotten a letter from the
Attorney for the Evelyn Dasher Estate Case # 02-0216 indicating the citation was issued in a name other
than the correct owner of the property. Attorney Cook is in the process of researching this, if it was cited
improperly we would have to send a new notice of violation addressed to the correct owner.
Member Irby moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Gamiotea. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m
