moved to find Case #02-0107 was in violation but has now come into compliance; seconded by
Member Nelson.

Code Officer Hancock stated that Case # 02-0323 had been contacted by certified mail and the realtor
had been contacted but no action had been taken. Member Montesi moved to find Case #02-0323 in
violation of Sec. 8-11 and impose a twenty-five dollar per day fine upon receipt of notification;
seconded by Member Nelson.

After some discussion as to whether the disabled vehicle had been removed, Member Montesi moved to
table Case# 02-0402 until the next regular meeting to allow the Code Officers time to investigate

There was some discussion among the board members as to what further action should be taken in Case#
02-0216. Member Montesi moved to find Case #02-0216 in violation of Sec. 8-10 Public Nuisances and
impose a fine of $25.00 per day upon receipt of notification; seconded by Member Irby.
