Member Montesi moved to find Case #02-0323 in violation of Sec. 8-11 and impose a twenty-five dollar per day fine upon receipt of notification; seconded by Member Nelson. Parrott Avenue Chp. 8 Sec. 8-10 Public Nuisances Status Report ADJOURNMENT - VICE -CHAIRPERSON GAMIOTEA EASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if a person decides to appeal any decision lade by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Member Montesi moved to find Case #02-0216 in violation of Sec. 8-10 Public Nuisances and impose a fine of $25.00 per day upon receipt of notification; seconded by Member Irby. Gamiotea - Yes Irby - Yes Montesi - Yes Nelson - Yes Weisser - Yes Motion Carried (Attorney Cook later advised this action could not be taken until the party had been notified of the hearing by certified mail) Attorney Cook was not present in order to give a status report and advise the board on Case # 00-01-01. Member Montesi moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Irby. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
