Attorney Cook presented a definition of improved and raw land for Code Board members to review and
discuss. The floor was opened for discussion. After a lengthy discussion by the Code Board members, it

that a member of the City Council attend this special meeting in order to present the Code Board's ideas
to the City Council.
Chairperson Montesi opened the floor for discussion of abandoned vehicles or vehicles with no tags.
After some discussion, Attorney Cook said he would come up with a written statement and distribute it
to the Code Board members for them to review before the special meeting on March 21, 2002.
Member Gamiotea moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Worley. Meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
