Abandoned vehicles/no tag ADJOURNMENT - CHAIRPERSON MONTESI PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Tapes are for the sole purpose of backup for official records of the department. 1 Montesi, Chairperson ATTEST: Sue Christopher, Secretary CODE BOARD ACTION Attorney Cook presented a definition of improved and raw land for Code Board members to review and discuss. The floor was opened for discussion. After a lengthy discussion by the Code Board members, it was decided to hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2002 at 6:00 pm to continue the discussion on improved and raw lands and to discuss the citation process. Member Gamiotea requested that a member of the City Council attend this special meeting in order to present the Code Board's ideas to the City Council. Chairperson Montesi opened the floor for discussion of abandoned vehicles or vehicles with no tags. After some discussion, Attorney Cook said he would come up with a written statement and distribute it to the Code Board members for them to review before the special meeting on March 21, 2002. Member Gamiotea moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Worley. Meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
