WHEREAS, the existing building is situated on Lot 6 of said Block 126, and it appears by boundary survey, Mark W. Teepe, Professional Land Surveyor Florida Registration Number 4811, dated February 6, 2019, and attached as Exhibit A, that the northernmost portion of the building encroaches 2 -feet into J �' the right-of-way at the intersection of Northwest 4th Street and Northwest 5th Avenue of the GRANTOR, and WHEREAS, it does not appear that the encroachment interferes with the right-of-way, utilities, drainage or building access, and WHEREAS, GRANTOR has agreed and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the sufficiency of which is herein acknowledged, for itself and successors in interest, to grant and convey to GRANTEES an encroachment for use, or right-of-way over the land described, for the purposes and in the manner expressed below. NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: 1. That GRANTOR grants unto GRANTEES, its assigns, successors in interest or subsequent entities, and to all other likely situated as above described; 2.
