Member Gamiotea moved to table Case # 01-08-12 for thirty days, seconded by Member Nelson. Worley - Yes Ballinger - Yes Gamiotea- Yes Nelson - Yes O'Connor - Yes Weisser - Yes Motion Carried Mr. Arnold gave testimony that his intentions were to cleanup his property, but there were some items that needed to be sold and it might take him another 60 days to have his property in compliance. Member O'Connor moved to table Case # 01-08-13 for thirty days, seconded by Member Weisser. Worley - Yes Ballinger - Yes Gamiotea - Yes Nelson - Yes O'Connor - Yes Weisser - Yes Motion Carried Mr. Leggett gave testimony that he was going to put up a section of privacy fence and put items that are Attorneyre-on-sidered junk behind the fence. Cook made a recommendation that the Code Enforcement Board table Case# 01-08-15 for thirty days in order to give the Code Officer a chance to go back out an show Mr. Leggett exactly which items he considers to be junk and whether it's viewable from the public right of way. Member O'Connor made a motion to table Case #01-08-15 for thirty days, seconded by Member Nelson. Attorney Cook said condeming the property might be the best way to go. Vice -Chairperson Worley asked that this case be put on the agenda for the next regularly scheduled meeting. Vice -Chairperson Worley asked for an update on Marvin Brantley's boat in Taylor Creek. Attorney Cook said a letter is being sent to the State Agency which is responsible asking them to delegate authority to the City of Okeechobee. Member O'Connor moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Ballinger. Meeting adjourned at 8:2D p.m.
