Parrott Avenue Okeechobee, FL 34974 1 I� Sec. 550 Sign Regulations Sec. 8-2 Responsibility of owners, agents and tenants. 10, 2001 - CEB CODE BOARD ACTION - Paae 2 of 3 Case # 01-04-09 was found not to be a Code Enforcement Board issue, because Lake-Okee, Inc. was issued a valid permit for there sign. Therefore it was recommended by the City attorney that the Code violation be dismissed and the matter be turned over to the Planning and Zoning Board. Member Worley moved to dissmiss Case #01-04-09, seconded by Member Sweda. Montesi - Yes Worley - Yes Ballinger - Yes Gamiotea- Yes O'Connor - Yes Sweda - Yes Weisser - Yes Motion Carried Mr. Brantley gave testimony to the fact that his property was in compliance at this time and would remain that way. Chief Tomey will be monitoring the situation and will put it back on the agenda if necessary. Member Worley moved that the Code Enforcement Board request that the City attorney take no further action in filing the foreclosure on Case # 00-01-01 until further notice.
