Motion Carried
Marvin Brantley gave testimony to the Code Board of his intentions to keep his property in compliance
and asked that they recommend to the City Council to stop foreclosure proceedings.
After discussion by the board members it was decided to have Attorney Cook go ahead and do the
preliminary paperwork, but not to file for foreclosure until Mr. Brantley comes before the Code Board
again in sixty days. If at that time he has remained in compliance the Code Board will again reconsider ■
whether or not to continue with foreclosure proceedings.
Chairperson Montesi requested that Code Board Secretary not Mr. Brantley by certified mail for the
Code Board Meeting on July 10, 2001.
