Marsha Montesi, Chairperson ATTEST: January 9, 2001 - CEB Regular meeting - Page 3 of 3 CODE BOARD ACTION Code Enforcement Officer Tomey gave an update on the lots in Blue Heron and plans to check on violations in the southeast section of town. Attorney Cook gave an update on the City Council's support of the Code Enforcement Boards decision regarding the Gaughan/Nairnsey property. It was indicated by the City Council that if the Code Board has a case where a fine is imposed for ninety days under the statutes they would be receptive to directing that the foreclosure be filed against the property, as opposed to letting the liens run for months or years. Member Worley moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Sweda. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
