Case #00-08-15 is dismissed due to the fact that it has come into compliance. After discussion among the board members it was decided Chief Tomey should proceed with the process of notifying the land owners that they are in violation of City Ordinances. Member Worley moved that Case # 99-03-01 be brought before the City Council and a recommendation made to foreclose on this property. Seconded by Member Gamiotea.
