Case #00-03-06 is dismissed due to the fact that it has come into compliance.
Case #00-04-09 is dismissed due to the fact that the property has been sold.
Member Worley moved that the Code Enforcement Board table the portion of Case #00-03-08 that
refers to Section 8-20 until the next regular board meeting and ask Chief Tomey to make the
determination that this place of business generates a minimum of 3 cubic yards or more on a regular basis
and also that he ask the contractor to appear before this board as well as Ms. Sweet at that time.

businesses to see if they have dumpster service.
