City Ordianance Sec. 8-1, Junk, Rubish, Untended Vegatation and Sec. 8-2 Responsibility of owners, agents & tenants. City Ordinance, Section 8-20, When dumpsters required and Standard Bldg. Code Section 104.1 Permits required and Section 104.7.2 Work commencing before permit issuance. CODE BOARD ACTION Case #00-03-06 is dismissed due to the fact that it has come into compliance. Case #00-04-09 is dismissed due to the fact that the property has been sold. Member Worley moved that the Code Enforcement Board table the portion of Case #00-03-08 that refers to Section 8-20 until the next regular board meeting and ask Chief Tomey to make the determination that this place of business generates a minimum of 3 cubic yards or more on a regular basis and also that he ask the contractor to appear before this board as well as Ms. Sweet at that time. Code Sections 104.1 and 104.7.2 that we find Ms. Sweet to be violation and that if Ms. Sweet does not get a building permit within 10 days we levy a fine of $100 per day at that time.
