Mack McCann appeared before the board to request the fine for case # 21-94-06
be resended. They had cleaned the property and was waiting for someone to
haul it away. He thought it was cleaned by the time the fine started.
Member O'Connor moved to resend the fine of $ 3,400.00. Seconded by member
Seder. Motion carried.
