Seconded by member Montesi. Motion carried. Member Montesi asked if.:the code officer could take some pictures of the violations that come before the board. A letter was sent to the board from Mr. Allen Rucks asking the board if they would rescind the fine on his property since he had a hard time getting the notices. Member Montesi moved to rescind the fine for Mr. Rucks. Seconded by member Palmore. Members Palmore; Montesi;-.Entry; Ballinger and - O'Connor voted yes. Member Clements voted no.
