Member Walker moved case #72-87 was in violation of code section 9-14*11-7 if the case is not in compliance by 10-12-87. A fine of $100.00 and $25.00 per day the violation occurs will be assessed to the property. Seconded by member _. Scherrer. Motion carried. Member Clements moved case #76-87 was in violat- of code section 11-7 and impose afine of $100.00 and reduce to $25.00 per day the violation occurs if not in compliance by 10-12-87. Seconded by member Palmore. Motion carried. Member Ridley moved case #84-87 be dismissed. seconded by member Palmore. Motion carried. Member Clements moved the waiver of the fine for Mr. Creech be denied due to the lack of evidence and the fine stands as is. Seconded by member Scherrer.
