Chairman Jeffers called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. to call the roll with the following results: James Palmore Present Deara Thompson Present Robert Ridley Present Lloyd Jeffers Present Gloria Scherrer Present Jerry Walker Present Donald Clements Present Others present were: Code Enforcement Officer, Keith Tomey; Secretary, Beatrice Castorina. APPROVAL OF MINUTES and asked secretary Castorina 4ttorney, Jerry Bryant; and Chairman Jeffers stated if everyone have received the minutes of May 13, 1986 meeting and if noone had any questions or corrections the minutes presented. PRESENTATION OF CASES would stand approved as Chairman Jeffers asked Code Enforcement Officer to present his cases. CASES TO BE PRESENTED 1-86 - Roosevelt Butler - 803 N.W. 9th Avenu Junked vehicles and Misc. Junked Mater als Attorney Bryant advised the board that Roosevelt Butler First Federated Savings is now the owner. Chairman Jeffei First Federated Savings to Clean up the property. 6-86 Francisco Guerrero 19-86 Louis Neal 20-86 James Arthur Snell i longer owns the property. 's stated to send notice to Code Enforcement Officer Tomey asked that these cases be dismissed because they are in compliance. Member Thompson so moved. Seconded by member Ridley. Motion carried. 21-86 Joseph Andrews - 914 N.W. 12th Street � Junked truck on premises Code Officer Tomey advised the board that Mr. Andrews have not moved the junked truck from his property. After discussion member Clements moved to summons Mr. Andrews to the next Code Board meeting if he has not moved the vehicle by then. If Mr. Andrews move the vehicle for him to call the Code Enforcement Officer to 1 t him know the vehicle has been moved. Seconded by member Thompson. Motion carried Code Enforcement Officer Tomey advised the board that Mr. Gill has agreed his dog was in violation and he promised to pay the fine. He hasn't paid the fine yet and he wants to know what the board wanted to do about it. Chairman Jeffers asked Attorney Bryant what was the recourse on this matter. Attorney Bryant advised the board to send Mr. Gill a notice to appear before the Code Enforcement Board. There being no further business to come before the adjourn.
