Member Thompson called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M. 4nd asked the secretary to call
the roll with the following results:

Member Thompson asked if everyone have received the minut�s of May 14, 1985, meeting.
She stated if the board have found the minutes correct and hadlno questions, the chair would
entertain a motion the minutes stand approved as presented.
Seconded by member Ridley. Motion carried.
