Went by Marvin's this morning. Gave him the Notice of Violation, which
he opened and read. After reading the NOV he refused to sign the
receipt. He stated that he wanted someone to come by and show him what
the City wanted done. He also stated that we could put him in jail and
he was going to void the contract he had for the sale of the property.
