A copy of that Board Order was sent by certified mail on August 15, 2017. The certified mail was returned the end of September 2017. Therefore the Board Order was legally posted on the property on October 4, 2017. As of November 4, 2017 the fine began accruing at fifteen dollars per day and will continue to accrue until the property is in compliance. Therefore, it would be in your best interest to get the property in compliance by securing all windows/doors and notifing the Code Enforcement Officer for a reinspection.
