Council Member Oliver moved to adopt proposed Ordinance No. 803; seconded by Council Member Chandl6r. Mayor Kirk asked if there where any questions or comments from the public. There were none. Council Member Watford noted that this is the same millage rate as last year and that approximately sixty -thousand dollars will be used from reserves in orderto balance the budget. Mayor Kirk responded that was correct. Council then briefly discussed how the roll back rate is structured. Council MemberWatford made a request that for the next years budget Staff research whether or nqt it Would be feasible to set the debt service fund out from the general fund since it is not subject to h9mestead exemption.
