Et - a/ be a u .96- daki(NoT., s l5"` ) or he Goc Kid I.,earre - Violation section 30-40(2) That the property owner was required by court order to come into compliance with city codes by August 26, 2005 and has failed to do so; that section 30-40-(2) in particular requires that the property owner create lanes across the property every 100 feet at least 30 feet in width to permit fire and emergency vehicles to have access into the property to fight fires, and confront other emergencies; such lanes are not in existence; that there exists a substantial risk of serious property damage and personal injury on the property due to the lack of access to the interior of the property; this violation of code presents a serious threat to the health, safety, and welfare of the city and its inhabitants. As property owner is a repeat violator, this violation is to be immediately set before the city of Okeechobee code board at its regular meeting of September 13, 2005 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at which time the code enforcement officer will request: 1. That the violation presents a serious threat to the health safety and welfare of the city. 2. That the code board exercise its authority under F.S. 162.09(1) and notify the city council of the violation, and to enter onto, and immediately make all necessary repairs to the property required to bring the property into compliance with applicable city codes.
