4. Hear from Ms. Ruby Yeager concerning her
Ms. Yeager stated she had received her water bill for the past
sewer bill - Ms. Ruby Yeager (Exhibit 4).
twenty-two months and paid it accordingly. Then she received a
letter in the mail explaining she should have also been charged
for sewer service the past twenty-two months (an amount which is
$355.38). Ms. Yeager explained she was an eighty-two year old
lady on a fixed income and she could not pay the $355.38.

seconded by Councilman Kirk.

Meeting time change: Mayor Chapman asked the Council if there
would be any objection to changing the time of the next council
meeting (November 6, 1990) due to the elections.

meeting at 2:00 P.M. due to the elections; seconded by Councilman
Collins.
