Reeves made complaint about valuation of taxes on Lots 5 and 6 of Block 214, and it appearing that said Iota are valued greatly in excess in that the Tax Assessor was under the impression that said property was improved and had a dwelling thereon, the Council authorized the Tax Collector to collect taxes on said property on a valuation equal to adjoining vacant property.
