MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:07 P.M. MOTION BY STEVE NELSON TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 13, 1993 MEETING. SECONDED BY JULIAN STINNETT. MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED. MOTION BY STEVE NELSON TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING EXPENDITURES: $1,048.75 TO CHRISTIANSEN & DEHNER, ATTORNEY`'- $2,290.55 TO,. INVESCO, MONEY MANAGERS - $148.67 TO DiBARTOLOMEO, McBEE & SLOAN._- $1,333.33 TO SHEARSON, LEHMAN BROS.. SECONDED BY JULIAN STINNETT. MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED. LARRY MOBLEY ADVISES TRUSTEE'S THAT KATHY KOZOL HAS RESIGNED DUE TO HER HAVING TO MOVE FROM THE OKEECHOBEE AREA.' TRUSTEE'S ARE GIVEN. A COPY OF HER RESIGNATION.
