Councilman ~adgett moved to pay Gilbert Culbreth $350.00 for water lime in Riverside ~ark
Addition (Cypress Quarters) upon receipt of an itemized bill, seconded by Councilman Warlord. The
following vote was taken: Yea - Councilman ~adgett, Councilman Watford and Fresident Gardner
Nay - Councilman Walker - Councilman Hunt not voting.
Councilman Watford moved that the following water and sewer bills be adjusted and charged
off, seconded by Councilman Hunt and carried:

on the above date at 7:00 P.M. with the following present: Mayor Dunh~m, President Gardner,
Co~mncilmen Hunt, Padgett, Walker and Watford wdth Attorney Hendry and Clerk Spivey.
Minutes of the meeting held July 11, 1967 were read and approved as read.

of the associ~ticn were present, stating that the Federal Govezu~,~ent would not aoprove loan with
reverter clause in ?.~solution. After discussion Councilman Warlord moved to remove reverter clause
fro,~ r~eso].ution, seconded by Counci. l~,.an Padgett and unanimously carried.
J. E. Curren, Attorney, representing Mr. and Mrs. Mel Mace, was present, petitioning the
Council to re-define the term dwelling ,mder Section 21-1 of the Code of Ordinances or for a special
exceotion to sub-section 6 of Section 21-5 of the 'Code of Ordinances. Also presented a petition siened
by se~enteen persons requesting the Council to allow the Mace's to keep their trailer on Lot l, Block l,
Wrig]' t's 1st &ddition. After discussion the Council agreed to study matter further at a soecial meeting~
~ev. O. A. Rv. sher, ~4inister of the Presbyterian Church requested the installatio~ of a street
light at -their church on north i~eredith Street. It was agreed to contact the Florida Power and Liqht
Comoany ~o,

.toi~ert T. Bell, representing the Moose Lodge was present requesting a pe~.uit for the Moose
Lodge to i~ave bingo games. In accordance with the new State Law, Councilman Watford moved to grant
request and i~sue permit seconded by Cmmcilman Padgett and carried.
