The City Council ef the City of Okeechebee, Florida, met in regular adjourned session at the
City Hall en the above date at 5:30 P. M. with the following presea%: President Gardner, Councilmen
Hunt, Padgett, Walker a~d Watfer~ with Attorney Hemdry aud Clerk Spivey.
Pursuant to notice published i~ the Okeeehebee News ia regards to consider vacating, discontinuing
and closing alley ia Block 221, President Gardner asked if their were a~y objections. Ne objection
was heard or filed. Therefore Councilman Watferd presented the fel~wing Resolution and moved its
adoption a~d upon being seconded by Councilman Padgett was put tea veto amd uwawtmeusly adepted:
